Oggetto: Inedito quadro di Maurits Cornelis Escher (1898-1972) raffigurante NESSIE IL MOSTRO
DI LOCH NESS, che emerge dall´acque richiamato dall´ UOMO NERO senza volto.
Il Gazzettino Volturarese dopo il trovamento dell´Inedito Quadro di cui all´oggetto a Volturara Irpina (AV) e dopo il film trasmesso dalla BBC Inglese e ritrasmesso dai Mass Media Italiani circa la nuova apparizione del Mostro di Loch Ness (Scozia) ritiene necessario informazione il Mondo intero che il pittore e incisore Olandese M.C.Escher già lo aveva disegnato e ne aveva annunciato la sua ricomparsa sulla scena Mondiale richiamato dall´UOMO NERO senza volto. In relazione a quanto sopra esposto, è pacifico che:
1. O Escher ha visto di persona il Mostro di Loch Ness durante il suo girovagare,
2. O Escher credeva nell´esistenza del Mostro di Loch Ness tanto è vero che lo ha disegnato.
L´opera è datata 18.1.1949 ed è stata dichiarata Autentica dal Perito Grafico Dott.Prof. ANNA PETTRECCHIA iscritto all´Albo dei consulenti del tribunale Civile e Penale di Roma La Consulenza grafica composta da ben 51 pagine è stata Giurata e depositata al Tribunale di Roma in data 04 agosto 2006. questa è una Grande scoperta per il mondo dell´arte. TV e Quotidiani di Avellino, Benevento, Crema nonché il Giornale di Polizia ne hanno già diffuso la notizia in lungo e largo. Anche internet riporta decine di siti dedicati all´inedito Quadro di M.C.Escher. Del caso si sta occupando anche la PROCURA DI REPPUBBLICA DI AVELLINO, interessati dallo stesso poliziotto proprietario del Quadro.
L´Olanda Nega l´esistenza dell´inedito (senza averlo mai visto o esaminato) "ALTRI" FANNO FINTA DI NIENTE e "snobbano la notizia per invidia o cattiva fede". IL GAZZETTINO VOLTURARESE si fa portavoce di questa Grande scoperta fatta da un appartenente alla Polizia di Stato Italiana e, il caso o il fato ha voluto che fosse proprio questo paesino dell´Alta Irpinia a scoprire l´Inedito Quadro di M.C. Escher. IL MOSTRO DI LOCH NESS dopo essere stato riportato in vita da Escher è "sbucato" a Volturara Irpina forse perché invitato dal Mostro nostrano "IL DRAGONE DI VOLTURARA". Signor Capo della Polizia,
questa O.S. LI.SI.PO., facendo seguito alla nota in oggetto indicata, non avendo avuto a tutt’oggi nessun riscontro da parte Sua, con la presente espone quanto segue :
Il Libero Sindacato Polizia ( LI.SI.PO. ), in riferimento al ritrovamento di un Quadro di Escher,avvenuto in data 08 Giugno 2005, da parte di un’appartenente alla Polizia di Stato, tale Sovrintendente Capo DE FEO Raffaele, in servizio alla Polizia Stradale di Avellino, sin dall’inizio dell’episodio ha creduto alla autenticita’ del Quadro cui si fa riferimento.Oggi piu’ di ieri, le Nostre affermazioni trovano fondamento grazie ad una Perizia tecnica, di ben cinquanta pagine, registrata presso il Tribunale di Roma lo scorso 04 Agosto, che dichiara l’autenticita’ del Quadro, eseguita da un’esperta del settore, la “Dott.ssa Anna Petrecchia”, Perito Grafico in Scienze Criminologiche e Forensi.
La Dott.ssa Petecchia, in Roma, dopo mesi di lavoro e con una Consulenza Grafica eseguita ad arte e con strumenti ottici molto precisi, “da C.S.I.”, si e’ pronunciata in merito dichiarando la piena Autenticita’ dell’Opera di Escher.
Il Quadro inedito e’ assolutamente Autentico.Vani tutti i pettegolezzi di coloro che probabilmente non hanno competenze in materia..,sulla presunta invenzione del Quadro. Tutto collima, compresa la firma in corsivo di Maurits Cornelis Escher, Artista Olandese.
Signor capo della Polizia,
premesso quanto sopra, il LI.SI.PO. vuole mettere in evidenza come anche in questa circostanza, le Autorita’ hanno preferito restare in silenzio lasciando il poliziotto abbandonato al proprio destino. L’Opera detenuta dal collega DE FEO e’ di inestimabile valore e proprio per questo, a Nostro avviso, bisognerebbe prestare al caso la giusta attenzione.

il LI.SI.PO., in riferimento all’accaduto afferma a gran voce, che il collega non era un pazzo, ne un sognatore, ma un poliziotto che andava seguito !!! …e’ triste doverlo ammettere ma, anche in queste circostanze, a Nostro giudizio, i poliziotti ricchi o poveri che siano, vengono sempre abbandonati al proprio destino!!!
